All styles of wrestling are covered. Greco-Roman, Freestyle, and Folkstyle. These clinincs help develop the fundamentals needed for a wrestler to advance to the next level of performance using Ivan's advanced upper body technques.

A Greco-Roman specialist, Ivan works with each clinic attendee helping them learn the winning technques necessary to become a champion. Lifts, gut wrenches, throws, tactics and stragies will all be taught.

Freestyle and Folkstyle wrestlers will learn upper body technques that help score big points in matches and the proper way to secure your opponet for the pin.

Conditioning

Learn conditioning drills to ensure that you're at the highest level of condtioning. Wrestling requires a high level of physical strenght and conditioning. Ivan's technques will build the endurance needed for reaching your highest potential in the sport of wrestling.
