Perform as many reps of the following 5 exercises in the allotted time. Suples Spin, Swing Squat, Suples Snatch, Squat Press & Spin-Arm Throw.

Team of 4 competitors race with the Suples Ball, Bulgarian Bag and Path Of Glory to finish with the fastest time to win the title for what category.

Perform as many Suples Spins as possible without dropping the Bag.

I do hereby assume full responsibility for any and all damages, injuries, or losses that I may sustain or incur, if any, while attending or participating in any exercise program, sport, or physical activity. I hereby waive and release Suples, its instructors, partners of said program, City of Boise, and Bishop Kelly, individually or otherwise, for any and all claims or liabilities of any kind arising from my participation in this event.

I am aware that all activities associated with receiving personal training instruction from trainer including, but not limited to activities involving aerobic exercise, stretching exercise, running, and weight lifting, as well as additional strenuous exercise and/or exertion of strength, and other sustained physical activities which place stress on the cardiorespiratory and muscular systems (collectively referred to as “training”), are and can be hazardous activities that include certain risks and dangers, including but not limited to, catastrophic injuries, including paralysis, other serious injury and death.

I certify that I am in good physical condition and have no known disabilities that might otherwise be detrimental to my health or well-being. I understand I should not enter this competition unless I am medically able. I certify that all of the information provided on this application is correct and true.

I am aware and voluntarily accept full responsibility of all risks involved, including risks from participating in any way in this event, use of equipment provided by the trainer or use of equipment I provide, whether the training occurs at Suples or another location.

Further, I release the rights to any and all photographic material and computer information the sponsor of this race may wish to release for this event without obligation to me.

I understand that if for any reason I cannot attend, I must submit a registration cancellation request by September 1st to [email protected] in order to receive a 50% refund.
