Bridgette has been a trainer for over 9 years. She owned her own Personal Training business before she was introduced to Suples Training Systems. Once she touched the Bulgarian Bag and all the other Suples Training Systems she knew that she wanted to work to become a Suples Master Trainer. For the last 6 years she has been working directly with Ivan Ivanov at Suples Headquarters. She has had the opportunity to assist Ivan with many courses, seminars and workshops in the US as well as overseas. She is a Suples Pro Trainer as well as the Education Coordinator at Suples Ltd. She recently assisted in updating the Bulgarian Bag Level 1 - Suples Fit manual and looks forward to assisting with other Suples Training System Course Manuals as well.
