András Bakonyi was born in 1974 and is 46 years old. He has served more than 20 years in the National Army and Police Special Forces. András trained in Greco-Roman and freestyle wrestling in his younger years. As he continued on with his high-level training, András was always looking for how he could be faster, stronger, better... and then four years ago, he found a video on the internet where inventor Coach Ivan Ivanov and instructor Nick Stanchev introduced him to the Bulgarian Bag! András is proud to tell you that he is now instructing as a Suples Pro Instructor, using the Bulgarian Bag to train dynamic shooters and lead different types of Bulgarian Bag trainings for his athletes!
