Bio:

Since childhood, I have been involved in sports and have maintained an active lifestyle. As a Polish army officer, for whom physical fitness is crucial, I was looking for a system that would help shape and develop coordination and motor skills all together in one. Finding the Suples Training Systems was exactly what I was looking for. After completing the Bulgarian Bag Level 1 and 2 Courses, as well as the Suples Ball Course, I opened a sports club utilizing the Suples Training Systems in for general fitness. This club is now the largest Bulgarian Bag community in Poland. This helped allow me to create the Bulgarian Bag Championships and open the Suples Training Center in Kobylin, Poland in 2022. Both of which are actively evolving!
