Michael is a New York City based trainer, and business owner. He is the Director or Coaching at MOTIVNY, and the Founder of SlimThick NYC. Michael was first exposed to the Bulgarian Bag after attending a course in 2019. He trained heavily with the bag through Covid, and landed an opportunity to learn under Ivan Ivanov at the Suples Headquarters in Boise, ID. During his immersive experience, he was tested through the Bulgarian Bag Level 2 course, as well as the Suples Ball Level 1 course. Michael is available to teach Level 1 Bulgarian Bag courses in NYC, and along the East Coast.
